 For a quick, easy gift any recipient will love, purchase a Talever E-gift card.  At Talever, we stand behind our merchandise and our gift cards.

The Talever E-gift card never expires, has no fee, and is backed by our long-standing commitment to you, our customer.  The person you're

buying for will receive their gift card immediately upon purchase.

 Purchase and General Terms: E-gift cards are available in any amount from $10 to $350, and are able to be used on 

E-gift cards can be used for multiple purchases until there is zero balance remaining.  The risk of loss transfers to the recipient upon purchase. 

E-gift cards and redemption are subject to general terms and conditions which may be changed at any time at our sole discretion.

 Returns and Exchanges:  All E-gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless circumstances meet requirements of law. 

 Limitations and Restrictions: E-gift cards may not be applied to previously purchased merchandise. E-gift cards cannot be used to buy another E-gift card.

Customers may use up to 10 E-gift cards per transaction. Any portion not covered by an E-gift card will need to be paid with a secondary form of payment.

 Damaged, Lost or Stolen E-gift Cards: If damaged, lost or stolen, E-gift cards will be replaced only with original proof of purchase. If a portion of the balance

has been used, that portion will not be replaced.  Only the remaining value shown in our records at the time the card is reported will be replaced. If you suspect

that someone has stolen your E-gift card, contact our customer service immediately to report the theft. Any remaining value can be re-issued on a new E-gift card.

 Expiration: E-gift cards have no expiration date and will be honored by until the balance has been used or redeemed for cash upon request,

as may be required by law.

 Delivery Information and Requirements for E-gift Card Purchasers: Talever is not responsible for E-gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your

failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct, and contact customer service if you

suspect the recipient did not receive his/her E-gift card. 

 All E-gift card orders are subject to comparison of provided information with purchasers' financial institution information.  If there is a discrepancy, your E-gift card order

may be delayed until it can be corrected. If the date on which you want an E-gift card delivered has passed and you have not received confirmation that the E-gift card

was sent, please contact customer service

 Reasons for Failed Delivery: If you have purchased an E-gift card but the recipient did not receive it, make sure the reason is not listed below:

• Recipient's spam filter blocked the email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder. Email options will need to be modified so that emails can be delivered.

• Recipient's firewall blocked the email.

• Email inbox is full and is not receiving new incoming messages.

• Invalid email address.

 Non-Transferable: E-gift card funds are not transferable to an unauthorized third party or vendor.

 Discounts: E-gift cards may not be purchased or discounted with any promotional discounts, coupons, or offers.

 Limitation of Liability: Talever and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, concerning E-gift cards. In the event an E-gift card code is defective,

the card will be replaced.  We will not refund or exchange an E-gift card.  Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation

of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights. 

 Fraud: Talever holds no liability for third party fraud and reserves the right to deactivate, cancel, suspend, or refuse replacement of an E-gift card for suspected fraud activity.

Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to unauthorized or unlawful use, theft, or false representation of E-gift cards.
